The Linksys FGW5500 is a 5G New Radio (NR) gateway router that supports 3GPP Release 16 with dual-band Wi-Fi(r) 6 technology. It allows you to create a mobile hotspot so that your devices can enjoy uninterrupted internet services like browser surfing, video streaming, and more. A nano SIM card with an active subscription (not included) is required for Internet connection. The 5G gateway is enabled by the Snapdragon® X62 5G Modem-RF System.

Power input – insert the power cable in this port
Power switch – press to turn ON/OFF the router
One 2.5 gigabit LAN port – connect a wired device using a Cat5e/6 ethernet cable
Two 10/100/1000 gigabit LAN ports – connect wired devices using a Cat5e/6 ethernet cable
USB port – reserved for debugging purposes only
Foreign Exchange Subscriber (FXS) port – connect a VoIP device using an RJ11 cable
WPS button – can be enabled through the web interface
SIM slot – insert the SIM card at the bottom of the router until it clicks
Reset button – press for 5 seconds to reset the router to factory defaults
